DISCUSS: Move Fast and Break Things?

Facebook entrepreneur Mark Zuckerberg once laid out his philosophy:ย  โ€œWe have a saying: โ€˜Move fast and break things.โ€™ The idea is that if you never break anything, youโ€™re probably not moving fast enough.โ€

Since then, โ€œmove fast and break thingsโ€ has become something of a motto of the tech world.ย  It is said to be a principle behind Elon Muskโ€™s DOGE initiative and President Trumpโ€™s breathtakingly rapid changes he is making to the federal government and the nationalโ€“and internationalโ€“economy.

Do you think this is a good philosophy for an individual, a company, or a government?
